Clean Energy Driving Aboriginal Economic Development Across Canada

With the new Federal Framework for Aboriginal Economic Development, the Government of Canada committed to diversify and leverage partnerships supporting Aboriginal businesses in order to maximize access to capital. Over $350 billion in major resource and energy developments have been identi!ed in or near Aboriginal communities in Canada. In this context there are an increasing number of tools available for small, medium and large-sized Aboriginal businesses supporting advice, equity and debt financing.
