Resource manual covering pre-development financing, land acquisition, permitting and approvals, legal contracting, resource assessment, community engagement, and membership development and relations. Arts Revision Report: Renewables Without Limits          
The Ontario Sustainable Energy Association has issued a detailed review of Ontario's Renewable Energy Standard Offer Program (RESOP). The review calls for the evolution of the program to ensure the success envisioned by Premier Dalton McGuinty. (Released November 15th, 2007)
