Levels are defined by the priority given to each category, whereas Level 1 is highest and Level 3 is lowest. If a member in a higher priority declines an offer of service, it will then be presented to the member in the next level.

* Brand recognition and promotion includes the following:
- mention of organization name and project in a membership call and e-blasts
- right of first purchase for sponsorships and first selection on being part of a leadership group
- banner on OSEA’s website
- premium level of sponsorship and exhibit space at the Community Power Conference
- access to special arrangements and marketing deals (available to Enablers only)

** Engagement in critical discussions and campaigns includes the following: - invitation to policy sessions - priority given to interests regarding certain policy issues and preferential treatment on policy matters

*** Each seat has a three year term. One Enabler, one Supporter and two Champion seats are vacated every year for election. Voting rights to be finalized at a special membership meeting to be held in July regarding by-law amendments.
