Barrie Windcatchers

Windcatchers is a community-based initiative to bring utility grade wind turbines to the City of Barrie. Links have been made with Georgian College, the City and local industry. We are working on a combination of embedded sites and general grid link turbines, with a mix of city-owned and cooperative ownership.
