I would like to support the efforts of OSEA as:
Individual or Family Student with Valid ID (copy of ID to be mailed or faxed to OSEA)
Standard Renewal Date is July 1st. New applications made between January & June (inclusively): pay only 50% of the annual fee (first year only). Please pay online or send a cheque or money order to the OSEA office.
As an OSEA Supporting Member, you agree to support community power and the goals and projects of OSEA, make payment of the prescribed annual fee according to membership level by the renewal date of July 1st of each year, and be subject to ejection as provided in corporate by-laws.
As an OSEA Supporting Member, you shall not: have a vote at any OSEA meeting or be eligible for office, or publicize OSEA in any manner that might be injurious to the interests of OSEA or its members.
