Open call for Ontario's Top 10 Cleantech Companies
In conjunction with OSEA's 12th annual Green Energy Doors OpenTM OSEA wants to recognize and celebrate Ontario's Top 10 Cleantech Companies.
Please tell us in 500 words or less why you should be considered a Top 10 Cleantech Company, including relevant media links that support your candidacy.
OSEA 2022 Top 10 Cleantech Categories
Please identify which category or categories you want to be considered for:
- Carbon Accounting / Offsets
- Energy Efficiency & Grid Firming
- Carbon Free Technologies
- Energy Storage
- Green Buildings
- Renewable Energy
- Smart Buildings
- Sustainable Finance
- Transportation
- Waste to Energy
The technology winners in each category will be selected by a qualified panel led by OSEA based on the following criteria:
- “Readiness” for deployment and scale up (beyond “proof of concept” stage)
- Significantly improves the existing environment (e.g. reduces CO2 and other emissions reduces waste, and/or vastly improves the move to a circular economy)
- Potentially considered “disruptive” (having a possible positive impact on other industries)

The Top 10 Cleantech Companies will be notified by email by Wednesday, September 21, 2022.
The Top 10 Cleantech Companies asked to provide a 5-minute presentation at OSEA’s Green Energy Doors Open GEDOTM 2022 September 28th, 2022 at 12:15-2:30 pm ET.
